2009 Pontiac Vibe Ahead of Unveiling

It seems that just about one hour before Pontiac was set to launch the new-for-2009 Vibe, this video showing the car from nearly every angle has leaked onto the web.

In the video, which is clearly a rough-cut from an upcoming promotional tool, members of the production team can even be heard discussing various shots. Enjoy the Vibe and all of its pre-launch goodness.

The Vibe appears taller, but it is probably just the view. Interesting that these broll shoots are as boring as the footage.

Sorry, I cannot tell the difference between the old and new versions. Maybe cos that is because I cannot remember when I saw a Vibe on the road....why does Pontiac sell this thing?

Wow. Boring. Dry. Uninspiring. Euthanize it QUICK!!! Goes to show that GM cannot even sell a Toyota much less any of their broing, dry, uninspiring cars.

Very smart Iain and Xrules.

I wish car commercials actually played the sound of the real engine like they do in this video, that would be cool.

Other than that it looks typical Pontiac, luckily with Toyota behind the sheet metal. Not bad at all but far from exciting.

i sort of like the design of the GT. it is fine for such a versatile car, this isn't a sports car. the gauges are pretty nice looking too. as chris mentioned the sheet metal is better than the toyota.
