The Vault: Juan Manuel Fangio’s Last Race
This is an interesting and unusual photograph. It was taken by Edward Eves at Rheims. What makes it unusual is that the great American photographer Jesse Alexander was standing a car-length or so down the track taking an almost identical photograph at exactly the same time.
