FIA president Max Mosley is facing strong pressure to resign his position as one of racing’s most powerful figures, after an illicit video surfaced this weekend showing Mosley taking part in a “Nazi-style orgy” with a group of prostitutes.
British tabloid News of the World is responsible for the racy video tape, which is said to show Mosley at a high-end brothel in Chelsea, taking part in several hours of role-playing and sado-masochistic behavior. The tape reportedly depicts Mosley speaking German with prostitutes dressed as Nazi prison guards, after allowing himself to be subjected to an inspection for lice, and an interrogation in chains.

The video and allegations have shocked Jewish leaders and others within the UK, many who are already calling for his resignation. But high-profile friends like Bernie Ecclestone and Sir Stirling Moss have come to Mosley’s aid.
Said Ecclestone, “Assuming it’s all true, what people do privately is up to them. I don’t honestly believe [it] affects the sport in any way.”
Mosley is believed to be pursuing legal action against the News of the World for breach of privacy. His spokesman said, “This is a matter between Mr Mosley and the newspaper in question and the FIA has no comment.”
Further complicating the issue of Mosley’s behavior is the fact that his father, Oswald Mosley, was a famous Nazi sympathizer, who was married in Hitler’s presence while in Joseph Goebbels’ drawing room.

Who cares about what he or anyone does behind closed doors!?!
What is peoples obsession with crucifying individuals that have affairs or crazy sex lifestyles? If the individual(s) is/are doing their job correctly, what does that have to do with anything? If you find it immoral or unethical, then move on read someting else!
It’s not so much what he (or anyone) does behind closed door, it’s the hypocritical manner in which these incidents come to light. He publicly comes out to move past his fathers past, and publicly denounces racist remarks made to Lewis Hamilton, while at the sign time getting off on recreating the mother of all racist persecutions. Just like Spitzer publicly cracking down on and perp walking pimps and hookers, then enjoying those same ‘things’ himself. Or the mayor of Detroit getting on a court stand and outright lying about an affair, while doing so cost good people their livelihoods and cost the city of Detroit MILLIONS in damages.
Total hypocrisy. THAT’S the problem with this.

The irony is that if this were a driver, there would be all kinds of ramifications, fines, etc for him. “How dare you taint the FIA’s image!!” But since its a money grubbing elitist, everyone will casually sweep it under the rug. “Nothing to see here, move along!”
What you want to bet all kinds of money is flowing to accounts to keep this hushed.

Okay…Mosley,Spitzer,Clinton,etc. get,”nailed”,(pun intended),for lying about doing,”the nasty”,while setting up an image of a squeaky-clean boyscout…
Yet,Gov. George W. Bush,and Co. will more than likely walk like O.J. for starting a war on a lie/mis-information/etc.,and thousands of good individuals die for it.
The only thing that those guys killed was their careers. I can deal with that sort of,”hipocrisy”,and,”irony”,any day.
