Busch Drives Toyota to First Ever Sprint Cup Win
Kyle Busch held on to take home a win at the Kobalt Tools 500 in Atlanta yesterday, giving him his first Sprint Cup win of the season, and Toyota’s first ever at NASCAR’s top level.
Busch was able to keep his number 18 Camry pointed in the right direction, despite loose conditions that saw cars sliding around the track all day. The weekend in Atlanta ended a winless streak of almost a year for Busch, who also claimed the win at Friday night’s Truck series race. Busch also had a near-make at Saturday’s Nationwide series race, where the Joe Gibbs Racing driver missed out on the NASCAR trifecta thanks to a tire puncture late in the event.
Said a victorious Busch, "Now you just want to go out there and win every weekend because you know you can do it."
Tony Stewart added to a fine showing for Toyota this weekend, passing Greg Biffle in the waning laps of the race to finish in second place behind his teammate.

Congratulations Toyota!

WOW, they can compete in a 1950's technology series. Boy am I impressed. But where it matters, F1, they are not even close to competitve.
In NASCRAP, the Toy teams don't have a budget, they can spend all they want. American manufactures are not backed by our goverment while Toy is backed by japan.
Alonso Boeden said it best, "After meeting a NASCAR fan I can see why they are fasinated by watching shiny objects going around in a circle."
At least real racing starts this weekend.
Remember, Only Queers and Idiots drive Toyota's, Which are you!
chris
Your wrong, the real racing already started in MotoGP! The Italians opened up strong, after all, these are the mosted talented racers on the earth. Good lucky Nicky 69.
G-Man
At least thecars pass on another in NASCAR. F1 is the no passing league...

I'll grant you on the Moto GP, but I still think F1 is the best overall.
G-Man! Both are way above NASCRAP. In F1, at least the dominate team is allowed to win and not held back by bull s__t rules as NASCRAP!
Really docking 100 pts for a missing cover. What Crap! That was done to give the Toy's a chance. NASCRAP has aready promised Toy the Manufatures title for this year, part of the by in plan and the millions laundred thru NASCRAP for Toy.
