Spy photographer extraordinaire Brenda Priddy is working up a series of charitable auctions as a means of raising money to help her fellow journalist Frank Washington. Washington was injured badly after being attacked on the street in his Detroit neighborhood and Priddy hopes to help defray medical costs with the sale of unique automobilia on eBay Motors.

Luckily for Washington and parties interested in helping out, Priddy isn’t selling off just a bunch of silly junk either. The sales include some really difficult to obtain items, which would surely prove valuable additions to the collections of many enthusiasts.

Among the pieces currently on auction are (click on the links to head over to eBay):

- Five Dodge Challenger prototype pistol grip shifters from Dodge Design.
- Two original framed mid-engine Corvette sketches from the GM studios, circa 1973.
- BMW sculpture/model, circa 1981.
- A $1,200 Michelin gift certificate.
- A five-hour Bob Bondurant high performance driving class.

Priddy also plans more auctions to follow this first wave, so be sure to check back for further details. Happy bidding.
