Gamer’s Corner: Live Mass Transit Dreams with Bus Driver

Have you ever sat down to play a game of Gran Turismo, but stopped yourself because all the available cars were just too fast, and handled too well for your tastes? If that sounds like you, than this new driving simulator might be just what you’re looking for.

A software company called Meridian4 is preparing to launch a new bus-driving simulator for the PC aptly called, Bus Driver. The game is said to offer players a choice of 12 buses, 30 routes arranged into 5 tiers, and a sophisticated traffic simulator to enhance the replay value.

As long as you can cream pedestrians and other vehicles it will be anything but boring.

those graphics look like the game came out about 7-8 years ago.

Yes. I love driving vehicles in video games that do 0-60 in just under 30 seconds! I am thinking that this game will be like the mission in Grand Theft Auto 3, where I had to drive a very slow garbage truck and get to the destination without hitting too many things (otherwise the truck would explode.) I remember it being extremely un-fun since I kept failing.
