Vroom! ‘Ferrari’ Racer Found in Warehouse!

In fact, these pedal-powered racers can be found in any number of warehouses, from those of constructor American Retro LLC to Toys ‘r Us to Amazon.com. If this isn’t the perfect holiday gift for the young racer on your list, we don’t know what is. Well, a real Ferrari would be nice, but we’re trying to be at least superficially practical here.
American Retro—of Dinuba, California, if you’re curious—has all manner of pedal cars, but its racer offers the big-bore excitement. At 49 inches in overall length, it’s nearly fifty percent longer than a typical pedal car. It’s made of heavy gauge steel and has a non-toxic powder coating available in six colors: red, black, blue, white, green, and yellow. Plus a limited edition chrome eye popper.

Powered by your favorite child or grandchild, the AR racer rises 19 inches from the track surface and has big 13.5-inch soft rubber wheels at the rear and 12-inchers up front.
