The WINDING ROAD Holiday Gift Extravaganza
With Christmas just around the corner, we thought that it was high time we put together a little shopping list, WINDING ROAD style.
This list of gift ideas was culled from a year’s worth of research into some of the coolest and most ridiculous automobilia on sale today. Though some of the items on our list are probably well beyond the scope of most holiday budgets (personal underground car storage anyone?), we think it could at least get the gift-giving juices flowing, especially if you’ve got a gearhead to buy for.
Is there something we forgot that your fellow readers might love? Tell us what it is (and a link to where we can buy it if possible) in comments.

I'm surprised to see the PerformanceBox didn't make this list. It was just in Fortune Magazine's best automotive gift section.
It's a $499 GPS unit that gives lap times, 0-60, 1/4-mile times, g-forces and more and does datalogging for some pretty cool analysis. Its big brother, the DriftBox ($750) does all that plus slip angle for more in-depth tuning of your car and driving skills.

Disclaimer: Supporting these products is my day job. We still have a bunch in stock and can ship in time for Christmas.
Other disclaimer: We gave Winding Road a DriftBox so I don't feel bad getting a bit of promotion here. : )

Hot Wheels 1:18 scale model Ferrari's are awesome. I'd be so happy if I got another few of these. Currently I only have the 612, but if they weren't so darn expensive (about $40 each...expensive for my budget,) I'd definitly have a lot more of them with my other 1:18 models.

I don't have the money for a Pocher, so I got my dad a 1:18 Kyosho Shelby Cobra as inspiration his potential Cobra kit car build.
