Nokia Develops Prototype Phone With Emissions Monitor

nokia-emissions-monitor.jpg

Motorists looking for a way to monitor the emissions that might be entering their vehicles’ vents could be in luck. Nokia has a prototype mobile phone that can monitor carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, particulates, and ground-level ozone. Nokia hasn’t announced any production plans or speculated about the cost of such a feature for mobile phones.

Is there a market for such a device? Let us know in comments.
