The Formula 1 Mach 5 from the upcoming live-action Speed Racer movie will see the floors of this year’s NAIAS. If you’re looking for more details on the Mach 5, or the plot to the movie, check out our earlier post here. We’re used to seeing real race cars on the show floor, but the Mach 5 is an unexpected treat that will probably draw large crowds.
The glossy white supercar will be available to the public eye at Cobo Arena from January 19-21 and available for the media January 13-17.

The Wachowski bros certainly put a lot of effort into making Speed Racer… the movie overall looked and felt like a cross between anime, a kaleidoscope, that Flintstones movie, a video game and the Dukes of Hazard
