For the big boys (and we do mean big) who are definitely on Santa’s “nice” list this year, we offer up this monstrous Baja 5B buggy from HPI.

(Click through the jump to read on about HPI’s 5B monster.)

Presented in impressive 1/5th scale, the 5B is 32 inches long and comes complete with a preassembled chassis, prepainted body shell, and a “massive” 23cc gasoline engine. The 2 horsepower engine will allow the buggy to run for more than 30 minutes on a single tank of gasoline. It is also fitted with a long-travel double wishbone suspension setup that promises to give extraordinary off-road capability. The car’s “hyper adjust piston” shocks even offer five dampening settings.

The list of included features is so great in fact, we can’t help but wishing that the 5B was approximately five-times bigger, though that would hinder it fitting snugly under our Christmas tree.

2HP in that thing probably makes for a godly power-weight ratio.
