eBay Auction of the Day: 1991 Nissan Figaro
A car seemingly made to order for the person who simultaneously loves retro British styling, modern motoring convenience, and the wacky Japanese, the 1991 Nissan Figaro is full of senseless cool.
The tiny microcar has styling that’s straight out of the swinging sixties, looking far more like it was built by Morris or Triumph than the Japanese Nissan. That styling theme is continued on in the car’s interior, where white upholstery with blue piping helps to set the tiny Nissan apart from just about anything. The Figaro also offers a wild retractable partial convertible top, creating an open car that keeps its pillars intact. Groovy.
Strangely offered for sale as a gray import in Texas, we’re sure that whoever snaps up this unique baby-blue coupe could be the toast of Dallas, as long as it's parked next to a pickup in the garage.

Reminds me of a Polish car "Syrena" produced between 1950s and 1980s, except the Nissan version is not quite as graceful.

What the Figaro is that.I think I know a little about cars all over the world, but this I've never seen. However today at 8:31am the Cushing Spot oil price is $102.59,in 2000 it was $33.39, so we'd all better start thinking real small.
