Reminds me a lot of an old Renault Espace
OK, here’s another batch of renderings from the Zhejiang-based Chinese automaker Geely, a new MPV. It looks a bit like the set of rendered Meirifeng MPV images that the company released in 2006, which didn’t quite make it to production. We’ll have to wait until later next month to find out more about the Geely, when specifications are given at the Beijing auto show. We don’t yet know what name this MPV will get, perhaps Geely will choose another wild animal?
By zooming in a little we can see Geely’s new logo, which cost the company 2 million RMB (roughly $285,042) in its designing fees.
Check out the Geely MPV and the Meirifeng in our gallery below.

boycott
Detroit9000, you can’t have one anyway. That boycott of something that you’re not even offered will really do a world of good.
So they stole the name from Mazda, and the looks from the Honda Odessey. How is this a new product again?
I wish I was the guy who ripped these clowns off on that logo design! I could have pulled the badge off a junk yard Millenia and with a little sawing and a drop or two of glue, I’d have the change from $285,042.
looks like every other kid-carrying, mom-driven minivan, though over there it may have other intentions. though only a sketch, the wheelbase, the vehicle’s stance looks perfect: taute and purposefull. sometimes there’s an advantage to coming to the dance late.
I wonder if Acura will royalties for that front end?
