The Corvette Z03 Concept from Ugur Sahin Design
Ugur Sahin Design has penned a new concept based on the already competent Chevrolet Corvette Z06. Called the Z03, the design house has clothed the American supercar in a virtual suit of taught carbon fiber, creating a concept that is both gorgeous and formidable. We’re especially fond of the way the engine cover is revealed by the hood in a slightly neater way even than the mighty ZR1.
The Z03 isn’t all good looks however, as the car is said to have performance as its primary focus. The revamped Corvette has lost about 100 pounds versus the standard car, and will be offered with engine packages ranging in output from 505 to a manly 750 horsepower.
While production of the lithe concept is by no means a given, Ugur Sahin is said to be hoping for a limited production run of around 100 examples, with a somewhat fanciful delivery date set for the end of 2008.
Do you care for the sexy Vette concept, is it a little over the top? Have your say in comments.

They should call it the "Disco Remix", since it looks like a futurized version of the disco vettes of the 70s. Not that I dislike it, though, it's just a little sneaky.

now THAT is a nice engine bay window. Why couldn't they have done it this way on the ZR1?
Looks great, though i've never been a fan of flying buttress.

Slim to none this will be made. Sahin's Dino was a finer beauty, and it went nowhere. Plus, the lines follow too closely to Vandenbrink's works.
