The Lexus LS460 and the Chevy Silverado Crew Cab took home the top honors at tonight's 11th Annual International Car of the Year Awards, the annual kick-off event before the Detroit Auto Show. Our own David E. Davis, Jr., helped to present the Truck of the Year award, while legendary spy photographer Jim Dunne was honored for a lifetime achievement award. Click through for the full list.
