This police cruiser has clearly taken some heavy action from something that fires dowels of some sort, and apparently with quite a bit of force. Take a moment to ponder this strangely stuck car, and then caption it for us in comments.

I believe those are bullet holes, and the crime scene investigators stuck a dowel in each hole to indicate the point/direction of origin. I count at least 31 bullets including the windshield bruises. And both tires are flat. Good times.

Yeah, those are trajectory rods that are used in forensic investigation to give a visual of the bullet trajectory.

It does look like a dog that got too close to a porcupine though.
