TH!NK Is Reborn

phpqjpmispm.jpgAurskog, Olso-based TH!NK Nordic, the maker of electric cars that nearly went out of business after Ford dumped them in 2004, appears to be back. Reports out of Norway indicate TH!NK has raised enough money to begin producing a new City car next year. The company has spent the last few years reselling its remaining TH!NK car inventory within Norway (where the government is actively pushing electric car usage) and attempting to build an electric city bus.

TH!NK might have had a couple of good ideas, but their timing was far too early for our market. With some fresh capital and better timing, they could be back in America selling cars (with greater range) to more receptive audience.

Well, good for them.

Unrelated: Why do all these electric car brands seem to smugly imply that the rest of us are morons?
