Subaru is releasing yet another version of its iconic WRX, this one dubbed the “Impreza WRX STi spec C Type RA-R.

Well I guess Subie is paying attention to the German peope's car, they even managed to rip off the red grille trim for the performance models. What's with the roof scoop? I guess they needed to beat APC to market on something, since they've given up on the wing game. :)

To reply to A. Wofford, the Spec C is a lightweight/barebones STI, which is a streetgoing version of the WRC car. The roof scoop is a carryover from the WRC - it's ventilation for the drivers. The RA-R is a spruced up Spec C, including the brakes, wheels and engine tuning.

Go price one of those and I doubt you'll have the "APC" mindset anymore. ;)
