What a waste of time and effort. No tailgate, and he's afraid to even haul a case of beer in it. It's "not made for that". Then why make it?

'priceless'... No; pointless and valueless!

Wow, I never thought I'd be on the same side as those annoying porsche purists, but as a 928 owner, this makes me throw up in my mouth a little! This would have been equal parts hilarious and sad if not for the fact that he did it to a later model, rare-ish GTS. That fact tips the balance to sad. Adding insult to aesthetic injury, it seems my stock 928S can haul more than his GTS-camino because he doesn't want to ding up his monstrosity :P
Then again, all the old, white, porsche guys in town hate what I've done to the front of my car so I guess I'm not in the best position to judge.

"Pointless" one of a kind finish is more like it. Now it just looks like a Del Slo with Downne Syndrome.

Considering the noise that Ferrari is making about the limo that was shown a while back, I'm glad to hear that Porsche is willing to support their customers who want to modify the vehicles they bought.
As for an opinion on the vehicle, it may be pointless, useless and ludicrous but it's only a 928. If somebody did this to a 356 or 911 Carrera, I might object.

Marie, I've always thought the 928 was one of the sharkiest of cars ever made. I just didn't think anyone would have the gaul to point it out so much as yourself. And for that, here's a cookie.
